It shall be the official policy of the NCRC that all information collected and generated about students, instructors and staff shall be held in confidence and not released to any third party without the express, written consent of the student, instructor or staff. Information may be released to custodial parent(s) or guardian(s) of a minor student provided the student is a minor when the information is released.
The names, addresses, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses of students, instructors and staff attending a seminar may be released to other students and instructors attending that seminar unless the student, instructor or staff requests that information not be released.
The names, addresses, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses of students, instructors and staff attending a seminar may be released to legal authorities or Responsible Agents for the purpose of rescue planning and resource identification unless the student, instructor or staff requests that information not be released.
Information may be released in aggregate or without identifying information without the specific permission of the student, instructor or staff.
